CBA Faculty Partner with ODU to Pilot Cutting-Edge Research Studies
CBA is proud to announce a new research partnership with Old Dominion University and Eastern Virginia Medical School. Next year two studies, both involving the use of technology to facilitate student choice and classroom engagement, will be carried out in the lower school.
The studies have been designed by doctoral candidates in the School of Communication Disorders and Special Education at ODU. CBA Trustees, Dr. Linda Miller-Dunleavy, Senior Lecturer in the Darden School of Education, and Dr. J.D. Ball, Professor Emeritus of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Eastern Virginia Medical School, were instrumental in developing the partnership.
Both trustees are members of the Education & Research Committee of the CBA Board of Trustees, which is committed to keeping the school poised at the forefront of educational innovation.
