Mindfulness & Meditation with Lauris Geheren
CBA students already participate in mindfulness at our school and now you can too!
If you would like to learn what mindfulness is and experience the benefits of meditation, please join us for this FREE OF CHARGE, four-week-long, online course. Lauris Geheren, PA co-president and mother of CBA Senior Daniel, will be your guide and teacher. Using zoom, this course will teach beginners to meditate and practice mindfulness. We will learn concentration meditation, mindfulness, and loving kindness/heart meditation. Each session will include a short talk, meditation exercises and guided meditations. Your committed attendance to all four weeks and feedback at the end of the course would be appreciated.
Course dates: all sessions run 7:00 - 8:30 pm
Tuesday, October 6
Kindly RSVP to sign up for this course by email to Lgeheren@verizon.net or text (757)472-0631. Please provide your name, phone number, and email. Please direct any questions the same way.
