Per the World Health Organization, Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Virginia Department of Health, there has been an outbreak of the 2019 New Coronavirus (nCoV). This virus can present like a common cold or a more severe respiratory illness. It is transmitted from animals to humans via airborne route. Symptoms usually appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. Common symptoms are fever, cough, shortness of breath, and difficulty breathing.
