Adapting to Our Changing Times for Students with Learning Differences
Through countless hours of planning and preparation, all three divisions of students at CBA returned to campus. We implemented daily health screenings, physical distancing, one-way traffic patterns inside the hallways, and many other safety protocols to bring our students safely back into the building.
Now, as the holiday season brings more uncertainty, we are proud to share that our students and faculty are well-equipped with the tools necessary for Blended Instruction Readiness as outlined in our Fall 2020 Opening Plan. We have incorporated new technologies to engage students in innovative and creative ways, whether delivering instruction in-person or virtually. Our newly acquired KUBI Telepresence Robots, Vibe Interactive Collaboration Boards and Chromebooks allow students who have a need to be virtual the ability to continue to interact with their teachers and classmates and to actively participate in the on-campus class experience from home.
Regardless of the challenges that we have faced and will continue to face this school year, we are well-prepared to support the academic, social, and emotional learning of our students.
Meet Margaret Meyers - Director of Enrollment Management

Director of Enrollment Management
This year has brought about many unexpected changes. At CBA, we have remained open and flexible in navigating these changes together as a community.
One such bitter-sweet transition is taking place as Dana Calo, former director of enrollment management, has moved to Florida. Dana served the CBA community for 12 years, was the first point-of-contact for countless families, and built meaningful relationships with her colleagues. Dana met each new family with warmth and grace as she supported them through the admissions process and she will be greatly missed.
Earlier in the year, Margaret Meyers announced her decision to step down as middle school division leader. Her plan was to spend more time with family, but to echo her own words, she just can’t stay away from this magical place! We are pleased to announce that Margaret has rejoined the administrative team as our new director of enrollment management. Her previous work at CBA has prepared her well to offer the same level of professionalism and support to which our newest families have become so accustomed. Welcome back, Margaret!
And as always, Sharon Sharp our dedicated administrative assistance of 17 years will continue to work closely with Margaret to shepherd new families into the CBA community.
