What's Cookin' in Culinary Arts?
This week our Culinary Arts students made "Schneeberger's Famous Homemade Granola Bars". The recipe featured "whole" foods including rolled oats, cranberries and honey - no artifical colors or flavorings in CBA's kitchen!

As part of our Consumer Science Program, middle and upper school students engage in hands-on, multi-sensory activities as they learn the finer points of cooking, nutrition and food safety. In addition to familiarity with the culinary arts, students learn important life skills with the curriculum providing experience in organizing a home, designing a budget, and managing relationships and resources to achieve an optimal quality of life.
